Rones Visits His Pet Fish

Who is the one who said that cats are smart? I'm having a hard time believing that when I see things like this. The yellow one has a pet fish. I know that cats like fish--like to eat fish. They think dogs are dumb to suck up to the people. And exactly how smart is it to not eat the fish? The peeps think it is sooooo cute to see the cat play with his pet. For well over a year the cat has amused his people this way--and they think I'm a suck up??
