Miss Lucy Goes to Springfield

The peeps took me for a ride down to the state capitol. I peered out the window of my chauffeur driven Celica and saw the old building. Looks, to me, like that dome would make a really nice dog house. Perhaps I should talk to the peeps about up-grading my quarters.
L
Stop! I said. This is where I want to get off. Oh yeah. I know a good thing when I see it. Ah! I can smell it from here. Let me out of this car.

Magneto: King of Cardboard City

This is high quality living. As you can see this is a large house. Should I tire of it, I have more choices. Plenty of room for catnaps.

One small trip to Aldi: One cardboard city for Magneto.

Blogging Is Hard Work

I had plenty of things on my cat-mind. I was ready to blog. Then I had to wait for the peeps to finish using the  computer--that probably used up 1/2  of one of my lives. Then I had problems getting my paws on the keyboard.  All this was so tiring that I rather forgot what was on my cat-mind.  I needed a catnap. All I can think was that it was something Bad-Lucy did.

You can see that my mind is on the nap. The blog? Not so much.

Rones takes a full fledged cat-nap.

In the Cat Garden

Cat's Eye View of rhe Cat Garden.

Rones suns himself after a quick romp in the Cat Garden. There is catnip in the air.

Magneto gets some rays in the Cat Garden.

Lucy and Rones enjoy the Cat Garden. Wait a minute here. What is Lucy doing in the Cat Garden? Has she come in peace? Lucy?

Portrait of Lucy

This is a beautiful portrait. One of my peeps: the talented artist, the red haired one, painted this wonderful picture. Of course, with me as a subject, there was no way he could go wrong.
He took a picture of me when my mom-peep was scratching under my chin. Personally, I think Reid could have left her hand out of my portrait. But, you know peeps, they have minds of their own.

Notice how lovely this painting is. There is texture. My collar stands out and my name tag is a bottle cap. That Reid sure had a beautiful subject.

Magneto's 2-Box Housing Complex Has Been Swept Away: Un-Natural Disaster

Awhile back the peeps went into a wild cleaning frenzy. They dragged a long stick with many little sticks attached to the bottom all over the kitchen floor. The cats say this happens when the peeps are having special people come for a massive feeding. They say it is a time to hide-out and wait for the leftovers. I listened to the advice but I didn't like the idea of hiding: I preferred barking. I gave each guest my special greeting. The cats were right about after-party benefits. We were all happy--except for Magneto. He whined about his cardboard boxes. I think he is still whining. Don't worry said Rones. The peeps will make a trip to Sam's and soon you will have a new housing complex.
